Her graduation was in 1982 at Upper Dublin High School and Sandy Run Middle School. In 1986, the University of Miami awarded her an Associate of Arts (telecommunications) degree in the year 1986. As just a freshman at college and was offered a position at Dynamic Cable, as the Sports Director. Aside from that she was employed by Dynamic Cable for two additional years between 1984 and 1986. During this period she also was a member of the water ski team at the University of Miami.
